Iraq-Emirates Hospital - Shareholders

It is our pleasure to inform you that, we are in the process of establishing a private general hospital in Sharjah and we are still negotiating with the Sharjah Medical City Authority.

*        The mission of establishing this hospital is the first step of big project which aims to establish (40) private general hospitals in the Emirates of U.A.E. (Ajman, Ras Al-Khaima, Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al-Fujaira), in the middle east countries (Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Syria) and in far east (Malaysia, Bangkok). All physicians, dentists and pharmacologists are welcomed in this great project.

*        Hospital contains 50-70 beds (to be extended in the future if there is a need).

*        The financial contribution in the project based on Shares system.

*        The Cost of the project around ($ 50,000,000).

                               

We received e-mails, personal calls and direct discussion with our colleagues and other interested in the Iraq-Emirates Hospital project in Sharjah suggesting and encouraging that the Founders and Shareholders should include in addition to Iraqi doctors, the following interested partners:

1. Non-Iraqi doctors.

2. Companies which will supply the medical equipments to the hospital.

3. Hospital administrative companies.

4. Others who are working in the hospital “Hospital employees”.

 

The maximum contribution of the above mentioned partners is 40% of the total cost of the project and 60% from Iraqi doctors.

*        The financial contribution for doctors should be not less than $100,000 and will be paid in 4 instalments.

*        For Medical Equipments Company’s financial contribution is around 10% of the total cost of the hospital and will be paid through the cost of the medical equipments.

*        The Administrative/Management Company’s financial contribution is negotiable and should not exceed 5% of the total cost of the hospital.

 

This step will support the hospital project from the beginning and will provide a great success to the hospital in the future.
